When hired to sell a client’s home I will always make recommendations that can improve their homes value or help reduce its marketing time, even if it means telling them things they do not want to hear.
I acknowledge that I will periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients while my competitors will tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business.
